"Volunteers don't necessarily have the time; they just have the heart."
Volunteers are an integral part of our care team. They provide support and valuable non-medical personal services for patients and their families. Volunteers assist hospice staff in community outreach and educational activities.
Volunteers at Abbey are true heroes. One of the most important gifts that you can give to someone is your time. Time is valuable to each and every one of us, but as little as 30 minutes a week can make a world of difference in someone's life.
